CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy: 24-hour notice required. If canceling, the deposit is forfeited. If rescheduling, deposit can only roll over into a new appointment 1 time. If you need to reschedule for a 2nd time, a new deposit will be required. Late Policy: Arriving 15+ minutes late will result in cancellation and deposit will be forfeited. Exceptions are at the discretion of your Esthetician, and if accepted may require shortening the service or less services, to prevent delaying the next clients.
